Born from a shared dream among two friends from Atlanta, with backgrounds in healthcare and education. Noire Waters began with a simple belief: life’s best moments happen on the water, together.

In 2021, they launched their first yacht, Bowetic Justice, on the Potomac River in Washington, D.C. What started as an intimate escape quickly evolved into something much larger, a cultural movement rooted in heritage, connection, and the transformative power of water.
