Nolan Empringham
Civil Engineer in Ontario
Nolan Empringham grew up in Lindsay, Ontario, a small community in central Ontario. He attended St. Thomas Aquinas Catholic High School and later studied Civil Engineering Technology at Mohawk College in Hamilton before completing his degree at Durham College in Whitby. He graduated with Honors and was placed on the Dean's List, and holds a C.Tech designation through OACETT, reflecting his formal training and field-based experience in the discipline.
His civil engineering career has spanned several firms and roles across the province. Nolan Empringham began as a Field Inspector, progressed into a Contractor Administration role, and currently works as a Certified Technician. This career path has given him direct exposure to construction oversight, contractor coordination, site documentation, and technical field review.
In addition to his engineering background, Nolan Empringham maintains a part-time focus on dog training and kennel attendant work. He works with multiple breeds and runs structured programs in both basic and advanced obedience, working closely with owners throughout. His other interests include fishing, hunting, camping, bodybuilding, and NHL hockey, pursuits he has carried since growing up in small-town Ontario.
