I have been a committed service professional for over ten years - with a specific focus on customer service, partner relations, communications, project management, and user-driven information design. I've worked at the local, regional and national levels building alliances, programs and communications systems, and managing new initiatives.

Originally from Iowa, I got my start working as a broadcast journalist and as an AmeriCorps member in Boston. I'm wickedly passionate about New Orleans, tap dancing, great conversation and stories and honest communication. I dig beaches, garage rock, whiskey, learning, live music, mangoes, dogs, eccentrics, and giving people what they want and need.
