I am a down to earth person. I love music specifically neo-soul is a genre that has contributed to my general personality. I love reading modern literature both fiction and non-fiction. I am a student at the University of Johannesburg. I am pursuing a degree in Education. My dream is to be an English and Computer Applications Technology teacher. The biggest challenge as a B.ed student is integrating what we have learned in university with the schools we will teach in, some of those schools are not properly equipped with the necessary resources adapting to the disadvantages of this can be difficult when teaching in a 21st Century integrated style. It becomes difficult not to move from traditional styles that limit the skills and knowledge that learners need to know in the current world.I want to be the type of teacher that is not a copy in terms of how I teach. I want to be a 21st century teachers that can use resources available effectively towards the learning of the students I will be teaching.
