I am a dedicated, resourceful and goal-driven educator in the making with a solid commitment to the social and academic growth and development of every learner I come across. Over the years I have portrayed the ability to consistently cater for my learners' learning instruction based on their needs and interests. I also believe I have the capability to foster a learner centered curriculum and evoke learner creativity. I am a warm and caring educator who wants all learners to succeed and also to create an atmosphere that is stimulating to the learners and healthy, committed to professional ethics and expectations in the learning environment. I have strong ability to manage people, in problem solving and motivation of learners.
I enjoy working with children and having people that look up to me, with innate ability to understand and motivate learners, I strive to build and maintain a high self-esteem in learners where my learners will be free to express and live comfortably with their cultural diversity, gender differences and physical difficulties or limitations. I create a cooperative community in the classroom, where learners respect for one another.
