Hello, I’m Nomawethu. I’m a teacher living in Soweto, South Africa. I am a fan of education simply because I'm a teacher. I major in English, Natural Science and Technology as well as Mathematics. I chose these subjects because there is a huge gap in the South African system and also seeing the stats of the learners performance in these subjects. The reason why I chose to became a teacher is because I believe that every child deserves the opportunity to became his or her best, but sadly too many children are denied that opportunity. I wish to change that just as my teachers did to me. Also my love for helping others drew me to teaching. My wish is to change the world and the classroom is an ideal place for me to start.
