Student and Mother in Johannesburg

I am a proud mother and a passionate student teacher currently pursuing my studies at the University of Johannesburg. My journey in education has been shaped not only by my academic pursuits, but also by the everyday experiences of motherhood, which have taught me patience, empathy, and the importance of nurturing growth in others. I am deeply committed to becoming an impactful and inspiring teacher, and I believe that education has the power to change lives and uplift communities.

Outside of my studies, I have a love for animals—especially dogs—and I find great joy in spending time with them. I also enjoy knitting, a hobby that brings me peace, creativity, and a sense of accomplishment. Giving back to others is an important part of who I am, which is why I make time to volunteer whenever I can. Whether it’s helping in local outreach programs or supporting school-related initiatives, I find meaning in contributing to the well-being of those around me.

Balancing family life, university responsibilities, and my passions has made me more resilient and determined. I look forward to using my life experiences and education to make a positive difference in the lives of learners, both inside and outside the classroom.
