The person behind Noneillah is Montclair’s entrepreneur, college graduate, song writer, artist, digital designer, engineer, hip hop artist and singer Sean Cos Mason/Sean M aka Deshon Johnson. His government name is Deshon L. Johnson who was an only child raised in a single parent household by Naomi Johnson, she did an excellent job in raising Sean Cos Mason into a very intelligent adult. He was in the gifted and talented program in elementary and middle school. In high School he was in the honors society.

Sean Cos Mason was a born entrepreneur. When he was in kindergarten his peers asked him for a piece of fruit role up, he told them no, so one child told him that he would give him fifty cents for a half of his fruit role up. When Sean realized that his peers wanted to give him a fifty for a half of his fruit role ups he saw an opportunity to make money. He then began selling half of fruit role ups to his classmate for fifty cents.

Of course he didn’t know the true value of fifty cents he just knew those quarters could buy him things. So, when he was out of fruit role ups he would ask his mother to buy more. Sean’s mother saw how much he liked fruit role ups for school snacks so she brought him four different flavors, but not knowing he was selling them to his peers.

One day his mother went to wash his clothing and she discovered a lot of quarters in his pants pocket. She thought he had taken the money out of his piggy bank when she told him not to unless he asked her. She was trying to teach him how to save money and not to over indulge but use it when it was needed. So, his mother Naomi approached Sean and asked him why did he go into his piggy bank? Sean response was that he did not go into his piggy bank that his peers were giving him money for half of his fruit role ups. Right than, Naomi knew her son was a born entrepreneur.

Naomi taught him how to work for himself like doing small chores around the house while giving him his allowance. At the age of eleven she taught him to ask friends and family if they needed help to make extra money. Naomi would also give him money every time he made honor role to show him how hard work paid in life. At the age of fourteen she noticed Sean was playing a lot of computer games on various game sites.
