Latisha A. (Bright) Chastang is the creator of Bright Minds Consulting, specializing in Nonprofit Management and Leadership for large and small nonprofit organizations. The vision came from her experience in the nonprofit sector and the need for staff, leadership and start up nonprofits to fully understand the business aspect of successfully managing an organization. Most importantly, she seeks to motivate nonprofit organizations to understand and embrace social entreprenurship in order for organizations to be sustainable.

Her personal life mission is to live each day with vision and purpose so that the talents and gifts I have will empower, encourage and promote people to live a virtuous and purpose filled life. I will do this by being a giver of my time and talents, lead by example and walk the talk by my work, words and deeds.

Latisha also humbly serves the President & Chief Executive Officer of the Little Ladies of Virtue Tea Society (LLOVTS). Latisha is the second generation of a tri-generational effort to instill mothers whit and promote self-development as means to defer the onset of negative behavior and low expectancy in future women.

Latisha brings over 10 years of experience in working in nonprofit organizations, and her ability to empower people to lead and live their best live where they are. She is also employed with a human service organization and serves as the Director of Planning and Research.

She also serves in her community as a special projects coordinator for the Walnut Heights Civic Association, and has her Masters in Nonprofit Management and Leadership from Capella University.
