As a coach I propel you into your God-given purpose. So what does a coach of my kind actually do. I stir you up, I hope you get to God given purpose out and get you flowing in your purpose that God has called you to.

I also established trainings for christian education programs, churches home groups and co-ops, individuals or parents who Phil called to teach the children and prepare them to walk in their purpose.
