Greetings, I’m Noor Fareen, a Senior Lecturer with Graduate School of Business (GSB), Universiti Sains Malaysia. I am the coordinator for the GSB Executive Development Program. I also teach Organizational Behaviour and Technology Management to MBA and DBA students. My research interest includes, organizational behaviour, business intelligence, and human resource management. Currently, I am supervising 6 Phd students and 1 doctorate student. Prior to my career with USM, I was a senior executive with RHB Bank Berhad for 16 years and a senior lecturer with School of Business Management, Universiti Utara Malaysia for 2 years. I am looking forward to expand my footprints in the academic world.
