Maybe, in my previous life, I was a pirate who became a NASCAR driver.

After more than two decades as a management executive, I realized I was enriching big businesses while remaining a corporate slave.

Now, I’m embracing my independence as a Freelance Management Consultant, Agile Project Manager, and Operational Excellence(OpEx)Expert.

I love life, the ocean, riding the open road with my big bike, thoughtful conversations, good books, coffee, and beer—though not necessarily in that order. My ideal day starts with a cup of freshly brewed coffee in the morning and ends with an ice-cold beer in the evening.

In my free time, I enjoy fishing, skin diving, and watching movies. I don’t mind revisiting favorites like "The American President," "Jerry Maguire," "Independence Day," "Braveheart," "Gladiator," "Down Periscope," "Forrest Gump," "Cast Away," "The Blind Side," "The Godfather Trilogy," and "Crimson Tide" multiple times. I also enjoy reading novels by authors such as Grisham, Higgins, Clancy, and Ludlum.

Additionally, I am passionate about theological, philosophical, and virtually any cerebral discussions—whenever I’m away from my keyboard.

My interests span from entrepreneurship to management, including human resources, lean startup, the Emyth methodology, kaizen, software development, and agile project management.
