Norah Marsh

Norah Marsh is the Founder and CEO of Marsh and McMahon Executive Consulting Services. She has more than 33 years of experience in public education, serving in three school districts, including as Director of Education at the Durham District School Board and as CEO of a provincial crown agency.

As Director of Education for the Durham District School Board (DDSB), her mandate was to support the renewal of organizational culture, which had been publicly reported in news media as negative. During her tenure, the Board was recognized by Forbes Canada as one of the top ten employers in Canada, while student achievement results exceeded the province's in all indicators.

Since 2023, Norah has provided consulting services related to strategic planning, workplace culture, and leadership development to a range of not-for-profit organizations, including seniors’ residences, public library associations, principal associations, government agencies, social service organizations, universities, and district school boards. She has worked with organizational leaders across Canada, as well as internationally in Ireland, Mexico, Sweden, Australia, China, and Colombia.
