Nora-Jane Noone is an Irish actress. Currently, Nora-Jane plays the role of Dr. Karen Newton in the Cold War era thriller series, The Ipcress File, set to debut in 2022. She will also play Kelly in the film My Sailor, My Love, set for release in mid-summer 2022.
Since making her leading debut as Bernadette in drama film, The Magdalene Sisters (2002), Nora-Jane Noone has appeared in numerous films and television shows in the US, Europe and the UK. Most notably, she starred in the drama Wildfire (2020) alongside the late Nika McGuigan. You may have also seen Nora-Jane in such productions as John Crowley’s Brooklyn (2015), Simon Pummell’s Identicals (2015), Neil Marshall’s Doomsday (2008) and The Descent (2005), and Tommy O’Haver’s Ella Enchanted (2004). She also appeared in fantasy-adventure television series, Atlantis, as well as the series Day of the Triffids, The Runaway, and Garrow’s Law. In 2013, Nora-Jane reprised her role as Garda Kate Noonan in 3 made-for-TV movies for the Jack Taylor series, including: The Dramatist, Priest and Shot Down.
