Norbert was formerly Managing Director of KUONI TRAVEL and Managing Partner at De Reisspecialisten Groep, Amsterdam, a Dutch specialist travel group focusing on markets including: tailored individual tours, long-haul round trips, adventure tours, cruises, international sport events, business travel, ad-hoc group travel, DMC and retailing. Here, he was responsible for conceptualising and executing overall business strategies and practices to effectively steer group operations and improve profitability.
