I started my journey into the hospitality industry in Germany, by enrolling in a in-house training program. During this time I was exposed to all of departments of the hotel. In addition to the in-house training, I attended a college to learn the theoretical knowledge needed for the hospitality industry.

Once I had finished my diploma, I traveled extensively around Europe

I eventually arrived back in South Africa in 2009. This was when I joined the F&B team at Pezula Resort & Spa

In 2011, I moved on to take on a duty managers position at Tswalu Kalahari Reserve. During my time there i was very quickly promoted to Food & Beverage Manager. Shortly after being promoted, I was promoted again to Hospitality Manager.

I left Tswalu in 2013 and took on the General Managers Position at an English styled pub and restaurant call the Wild Goose.
