Hashimoto's Northern California Support Group

Hashimotos is an Autoimmune Thyroid disease. It can be very challenging to live with, and there are too many of us suffering. Many doctors don't seem to know how to treat us effectively. We have discovered we can learn more by sharing information with others who can relate to what we are going through.

We have learned there are things that can help us and things that can hurt us, that we have triggers and other defiencies that can exacerbate our condition, and that we can't always push oursleves as hard as we used to. We have created a Facebook group to share ideas and develop friendships, in order to empower ourselves with knowledge and give and receive support with others who "get it".
