I build things - mostly software, and particularly websites. A career in the interactive industry has given me valuable insight into the ways that developers and businesses can get along. I help them understand their differences, and I do what I can to identify common goals.

I'm passionate about helping teams work together, finish projects, and share success. I do that in my job, but also when I speak on topics like estimating, agile methodologies, and workflow.
