I am a Vajrayana practitioner in the Aro gTér Lineage of Nyingma Tibetan Buddhism. Together with my husband, I teach at Aro Ling Cardiff and internationally. I am also an author, teacher, editor and proofreader; and volunteer as Chair of the Buddhist Council of Wales, and Vice-Chair of the Interfaith Council for Wales.
