Noreen Bowden

I'm a web editor specialising in the Irish diaspora, working toward a reset of the relationship between Ireland and the Irish abroad. I'm an advocate for emigrant voting rights who believes all Irish citizens should have the right to vote in Irish elections.

This year, I'm studying in Boston for an MPA at Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. I'll finish in May 2012.
