April Daluma-Opelac

Atty. April Daluma-Opelac is a dedicated mother, wife, lawyer, editor, writer, and a former college educator. She started teaching college students when she was 20 years old, just two months after her college graduation.

She finished her elementary and high school education as the class valedictorian. In college, she was hailed as the Magna Cum Laude of her batch with the highest general weighted average among her batchmates.

She was also able to finish her Master’s degree from De La Salle University-Manila with a general weighted average of 97/100. Subsequently, she also obtained a Juris Doctor (law) degree with Academic Distinction.

Atty. Daluma-Opelac is a big fan of macabre films, Liam Neeson, Gerard Butler, Gwen Stefani, Stephen King, KC Concepcion and Enrique Gil. She also dreams of following the footsteps of the late Senator Miriam Defensor-Santiago.

As a public servant, she abhors corruption and maintains transparency and accountability in all her dealings with the public.
