Norina Mohd Nor

Norina is currently the Project Controller associated with ALSTOM Power Asia Pacific Sdn Bhd and holds a Bachelors Degree in Accounting & Finance. She has extensive experience in cost management with core expertise in Budgeting, Planning, Variance Analysis and Project Management. Norina has hands-on experience in managing and preparing cash flow analysis, site expenses and ensures that the site bank account and petty cash is sufficient. Norina works closely with the contract management in the preparation of documents for the successful extension of time claim from the customer.
