Norman Newton

Norman F. Newton is the President and Chief Executive Officer of AmeriCasa Solutions, LLC. And the CEO of AmeriCasa Opportunity Asset Fund, LLC. AmeriCasa is leading the way to disrupt the way traditional affordable housing is delivered to the market. He is also the Founder and CEO of NewtonVisionCorp, LLC., a family office investment firm and a provider of software development professional services through onshore, nearshore, and offshore company owned facilities. He is a serial entrepreneur with over 30 years of senior executive experience with both public and private companies in domestic and international markets. He has structured and led numerous financial capital events across the capital stack and been on both sides of the table of dozens of M&A transactions. He is a visionary who is highly driven toward opportunities that seek to disrupt traditional industry operating models by combining technology, process reengineering, and simply reimagining how industries operate. He is a big proponent of double-impact investments having repeatedly invested time and capital into businesses that seek to solve social issues and economic disparities. He currently sits on the Board of Directors of Transportation and Logistics Systems, Inc. (OTCQB: TLSS). Prior to AmeriCasa and NVC, Norman was with ManpowerGroup (NYSE: MAN) for 10 years and held several executive positions. Namely, President and General Manager for ManpowerGroup Public Sector, Inc. He also held the position of Vice President and General Manager for ManpowerGroup Solutions – Language Services with international operations in 13 countries. Mr. Newton also served on ManpowerGroup’s Executive Council for Supplier Diversity. Prior to ManpowerGroup, Mr. Newton was a co-founder and the CEO of BioNexus Ventures, a Houston based private equity and business development company. Prior to BioNexus Ventures, Norman co-founder and executive of ECOutlook a software-as-a-service provider that was formed by Notre Capital Ventures which Norman was associated with for the two years prior. Norman was also the CEO of Knomatic, LLC, a software-as-a service company focused on the energy sector.
