Norma's career as a food personality and Entrepreneur originated from her food memories of a childhood in Lebanon, which she's built on with her love of fresh garden produce in her Sydney home today. She launched her specialty range of authentic Lebanese foods back in 2008, followed by Norma's Lebanese Cooking Classes in 2010, led a series of food tours and hosted a series of pop-up dinner events.
