I’ve managed both large operational & front line customer service departments and small, highly pedigreed strategic teams to great effect. ***SOME BACKGROUND***

I currently oversee distribution and marketing operations and strategic partnerships for Sony Pictures Entertainment’s motion picture division. In the past year, I’ve managed to save the company close to $15 million (or over 40%) in marketing ops spend by rethinking workflows and vendor servicing models while taking advantage of our global footprint and buying power.

Previously, I was cofounder and CEO of FRAGD.com, a CORE gamer community built by gamers. FRAGD rewarded influencers based on their gameplay AND social influence. With FRAGD, you "frag and brag to get the stuff you want!" FRAGD allowed brands to laser target and directly engage true influencers in ways that were authentic to gamers.

During that time, I also cofounded a bleeding edge consulting firm that provided services for tech companies large and small. Clients included Hanley Energy, Disney, Canopy Co., LEAP Motion, SessionM, AT&T, The Waterford Institute of Technology, +Citizen, ZeptoLab, Intel, and many others.

I’ve also been an active participant in the tech start-up community, advising and actively supporting multiple early stage companies and seeding organizations, including Enterprise Ireland, Invest Northern Ireland, The Waterford Institute of Technology, and Silicon Valley Global Partners. Prior to entering the entrepreneurial space, I held key roles with Sony Pictures, The Walt Disney Company, and Hilton Hotels Corporation.

I hold an MBA from USC with honors, focusing on strategy, international finance, and entrepreneurialism. I currently live in Huntington Beach, California and enjoy an active lifestyle taking advantage of the many great outdoor activities Southern California provides.
