Norman Ebenstein

Throughout his career in real estate, Norman Ebenstein has demonstrated keen industry acumen and an ability to build value within the market. As president of the corporation that operates the Eden Center in Falls Church, Virginia, in 1995 he facilitated extensive renovations and added more than 32,000 square feet of space to transform the shopping center into a Vietnamese cultural center. Norman Ebenstein manages this location from his professional home base in Boca Raton, Florida, where he serves as chairman of the board and president of Capital Commercial Properties. Focusing on the development and leasing of retail locations, the company also owns real estate improved by multifamily residential buildings.

Actively involved in his community as well, Norman Ebenstein is the past president of B'nai B'rith International's Valley Council. This local division follows its parent institution's commitment to providing aid to those in need, both domestically and abroad. Mr. Ebenstein balances his many responsibilities with an active leisure life that includes playing tennis and listening to classical music.
