Roy is known for his ability to evolve in a troubled economy showing large profits for companies in startup stages. He has lectured business cycles before realtors and Developers at National conventions.

He’s responsible for seven multi-million dollar businesses and consulted over fifty small businesses from start up to significant profits over the past nine years.

Roy’s background in real estate (1986- to present), lending, and the stock market has allowed him to raise money for inventors and small businesses through private placement .Writing private placement memorandums allows you to raise money for your project instead of being denied for a bank loan or giving a good business opportunity away to an angel investor or venture capitalist .His motto is “If he takes care of enough people then enough people will take care of him”.

He committed his life to mentoring kids in the community, by starting with his own Norman 2, Deon and Asia. Due to his lack of support and guidance growing up, it made him take a strong interest in teaching his kids financial literacy, real estate, and the car business. Scripture says “because of lack of knowledge my people will perish”. He used coaching as a platform to give back to the community, and coaching allowed him to give other children exposure and mentorship.

He has helped over 150 athlete’s get into college by educating them and their parents about the NCAA Clearinghouse. He’s excited about working with Norman 2 in his quest to really take care of the “Athlete”- Before, during, and after his/her career.
