Having spent years navigating McKinsey war rooms, Accenture strategy sessions, and executive committees as a Senior Vice President, I now dedicate my time to accelerating the growth of the next generation of leaders.

Today, I serve as a Strategic Growth Director and the founder of LeadLeap, a platform built to deliver executive coaching, capability programs, and practical frameworks for leading in a world actively reshaped by AI.
