Norm Yustin

Norm Yustin is the Executive Director of Consumer & Retail at Russell Reynolds Associates, a global leader in assessment, recruitment and succession planning for chief executive officers, boards of directors and key roles within the C-suite. He is focused on advising and recruiting C-suite clients in the Consumer Sector, which includes retail, marketing and advertising, most recently leading several high profile searches for a variety of leadership roles such as CEO, COO, CMO, for multi-billion dollar companies, private equity portfolio companies and founder-led companies. Norm also leads the Chief Marketing Officer practice at Russell Reynolds, bringing his own in-market CMO experience to the executive recruiting industry.

Previously, Norm was the President of Havas Worldwide, a leading global advertising and communications services group. At Havas, Norm led a large team delivering high quality advertising, marketing, corporate communications, digital, social and media solutions.He was also the Chief Marketing officer for Claire’s and Macy’s, where he oversaw brand strategy, creative development, public relations, social media, creative strategy, and merchandising strategy. His experience has left him with an abundance of executive management skills in consumer retail organizations and global advertising agencies.
