Sabrina Winters, Esq.

Charlotte, North Carolina

My Firm focuses on assisting families and business owners with all areas of Estate Planning (Last Will and Testaments, Revocable Living Trusts, Advanced Directives, Tax Planning, Medicaid Planning and Veterans Pension Assistance). No matter what stage in life, I have the experience and resources to plan an estate to meet my clients' needs, wishes and goals.

In addition to general estate planning services, I am able to also assist clients with potential tax issues in implementing advanced tax planning strategies such as Dynasty Trusts, Irrevocable Life Insurance Trusts and IRA Trusts.

My Firm will also help families with Probate matters; in alleviating the cumbersome and time consuming task of handling the estate of a deceased loved one. The Firm assists the Executor and Administrator in obtaining an appointment to act on behalf of the Estate. This includes filing documents with the Court, collecting and distributing assets, filing accountings and making distributions.

I understand that my clients are not required to retain me and that when potential Probate clients meet with me for the first time that they are often times still grieving. I do not only provide my legal experience, but I bring my personal experiences in having handled my uncle and father in law’s estates personally many years ago. In fact, my uncle's illness and passing is the reason I have practied in the area of Estate Planning and Probate for over 14 years. I respect my client's feelings and understand their personal situation on a personal level.
