Our Vision: The vision of North Pointe Partners, LLC and its affiliated companies is to be a catalyst in private capital financing solutions focusing on improving the quality of life for people and the preservation and conservation of the environment and eco‐systems throughout the world. Our mission is to improve the environment and increase the quality of life of the community members served through the funding of environmentally friendly and humanitarian based alternative energy and commercial development projects. NPP strives to be an extremely humanitarian firm, thus the purpose of project and client intake is to continually support those efforts. Currently we support five foundations, non‐profit and Christian based. Our lead Consultant Ramona Fellmy – In charge of Strategic Global Partnerships, Sales and Marketing. Ms. Fellmy is a member of North Pointe Partners, LLC, a well respected consulting firm specializing in renewable and alternative energy, the formation of integrated partnerships and humanitarian project financing. NPP offers an extensive background in business planning, project management, sales/marketing and financial consulting. Ms. Fellmy is responsible for project management, sales and marketing along with the integration of all strategic global partners. North Pointe Partners is industry known for bringing together a high profile team of developers and Project Managers alike. NPP is a comprehensive consulting firm specializing in individualized and unique project development and strategic lending solutions for investors & developers within the alternative energy and commercial development industries. The NPP team works directly with project principals to assist in the procurement of any and all “moving parts” relative to the success of the project. Through creative collaboration, the NPP team offers a handcrafted package of unique options to investors and developers. NPP also assist with the start up community to properly brand and build projects to secure initial funds; thus allowing principals to achieve overall project funding through coaching and strategic partnerships .
