In 1993, I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia. Frustrated by the side effects of some of the pain medications, I started to research other ways of managing pain naturally. It was then that I found hypnosis and in particular, self-hypnosis. After three months of working on my pain, I became pain free. To this day, I have not had a recurrence of any Fibromyalgia symptoms. I decided then, that this was something I could help others with. In 2006, I became certified as a Clinical Hypnotherapist and have helped hundreds of people with varying disorders using Hypnosis.

Pramala Mourier has completed 500 hours of clinical hypnotherapytraining and has been certified by the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners since 2006 as well as qualifiying as a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT) practitioner. Pramala also holds an Honors Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology and has a Master of Science graduate degree in Clinical Psychology.
