Let’s try something different. We focus on Chicken that is dry brinned with a blend of spices, cooked in a water bath, and grilled. You can choose from breast , wings or thighs and our sides are inspired by Southern American comfort food – including Mac and Cheese, Charred Sweet Corn and Slaw.
