Not By Chance Life, an educational platform focused on regulatory literacy and documentation transparency in the field of human cell and tissue-based products (HCT/Ps).

The platform provides educational resources explaining the FDA regulatory framework under 21 CFR Part 1271, including topics such as minimal manipulation, homologous use, donor eligibility, and current good tissue practices (cGTP).

The goal of the project is to help healthcare professionals, researchers, and industry stakeholders better understand the regulatory structure governing biologic materials and to support informed evaluation of supplier documentation and compliance standards.
