Luke Harris is a writer and actor, but he didn't used to be. He spent his formative years in a multicultural household (he was raised speaking both Spanish and English) that moved countries six times before he turned 18. The wanderlust stuck. He dropped out of college twice, to his grandmother's eternal chagrin, opting instead to learn camerawork by crewing low-budget cannibal movies in Brazil and traveling. Since then, he's been a Netflix Creative, a contrabandist in New York City, a humanitarian aid worker in Northern India and post-Katrina New Orleans, and a soldier, living by the guiding principle that whatever decision would make the best chapter for his memoirs was the one he'd make. In fact, he did everything he could not to be a creative multi-hyphenate but, by his own admission, he's a much better writer than he is a soldier.

He currently resides in Los Angeles with his dog, Hudson.
