Not My Circus

Not My Circus is a teen band who originated in Midcoast Maine. The band performs distinctive sounds from heavier rock bands such as Pantera. While focusing on the genre of hard rock and metal, the band includes segmental funk and softer rock. Not My Circus is primarily a cover band with original music mixed in. The band was formed by the drummer and co-manager Lavender Robinson, adding her close friends Poet Rancourt, bass player and co-manager, and singer and rhythm guitarist Eli. Later, Jace Scott was introduced as the lead guitarist while meeting through our school, watching him play guitar after school, and comparing him to our original guitarist showed us we wanted him. The group eventually met up at a local music studio and officially became a band. Not My Circus is focusing on performing at the Hot Dog Festival in Dexter, ME, summer of 2027, plus other venues and attending regularly to Open Mics.
