No HR

I decided to make this page to share my story with the AMBITIOUS people out there especially in Europe & United Kingdom.

I would concentrate on H&R Transport Ltd cause I have SUFFERED with this sick company. I came across H&R’s recruitment manager when I was in UK and we talked over with him over the phone for hours as we had many questions in our mind about how is the lifestyle and work in Canada and how would it be working for H&R as a long haul driver. The gentleman (I will not mention any names) sounded very promising and was really friendly over the phone. We would call him every now and then when ever any question rises in our mind and he would answer every single question in a very friendly manner. We were IMPRESSED with the images he made on us about the company over the phone and even though I did loads of searches over google about H&R and unfortunately I ignored all the negative ones. I wish I had taken those advises and had not come here with this company.

Any how I worked for H&R for 4 months and I swear by god that the day I went in to hand over my resignation on the very same day they had another three people resigning. Someone had worked for 8 months , One worked for 7 months and another worked for about 5 months. The reason is simple this H&R and their fleet managers treat you like their slaves.

Think one thing before you thinking for this big move.. Why H&R is bringing people over from Europe , BECAUSE not any Canadian wants to work for them.

& Please do not only look at the pictures taken in summer ask him to tell you something about WINTER DRIVING in Canada.

Unlike other transport companies H&R accept which ever loads they get from their customers without worrying about the driver. One of the hardest route to do in winter (when they have 1.5 meters of Snow ) is Alberta to British Columbia.
