NoVA Council #50 is part of Northern Region East BBYO and is comprised of 2 Aleph chapters and 4 BBG chapters covering the Northern Virginia area. NoVA Council is known for its large international presence as well as spirit and dedication to BBYO. Our mascot is Opus the Penguin, if you were wondering.
