Hello everyone, I’m Michael. I’m an aspiring writer living in Mesa, Arizona. I'm a proud veteran who served ten years with the United State Air Force and am a recent Bachelor's degree graduate at Ashford University.

As I reach my impending Master's degree with Full Sail University, my dreams of becoming a professional journalist will soon be realized and I will be able to model my career after some of the great broadcasters I watched growing up like Chris Berman, Dan Patrick and Jim Ross.

Two aspirations I had following my career in the military was to become a professional sportscaster or a play by play commentator for the WWE. An experience I got to live when I attended WrestleMania 2000, where I called the final five minutes of the WrestleMania 15 WWE Title match between The Rock and "Stone Cold" Steve Austin with the ring announcer for every WrestleMania at that time, Howard Finkel.

My love for the movies came when I was in the service, I watched so many movies that I decided another career path, would be to become a professional film critic. A dream I once fulfilled during my tenure with the Mountain Home News and I would love to do it again with another publication.

Thanks to the inspiration from my loving family for whom was the reason I moved to Mesa, Arizona, I look forward to what the future brings.

"Someone once told me that time was a predator that stalked us all our lives. I rather believe that time is a companion who goes with us on the journey and reminds us to cherish every moment, because it will never come again. What we leave behind is not as important as how we've lived." (Patrick Stewart as Captain Jean Luc Picard, Star Trek Generations, 1994)
