I’m Nozipho Njiyela a student living in Johannesburg, pursuing a Bachelor of Education at the University of Johannesburg, specializing in the Senior and FET phases with majors in History and isiZulu. Beyond my own studies, I currently serve as a tutor for Teaching Studies 1A and 1B, which has deepened my passion for curriculum development. I am driven by a commitment to academic excellence and a genuine desire to become an educator who not only delivers content but also empowers learners to thrive in diverse classroom environments.

As a third-year B.Ed student, I am steadily building my foundation in education through hard work and practical experience. Currently serving as a tutor for Teaching Studies 1A and 1B, I am learning just as much from my students as I am teaching them. I am patient, dedicated, and genuinely enjoy collaborating with others, whether in group projects or one-on-one academic support. I have a strong drive to achieve Cum Laude, but my ultimate goal goes beyond grades. I aspire to become a lecturer in the Department of Curriculum Studies, where I can continue researching how we can improve teaching methods and expand human flourishing through education. With a deep interest in the landscapes of learning and how education can contribute to human flourishing, I am committed to growing into an enthusiastic researcher and practitioner who adds real value to the academic community.
