Nathan Beers

Nathan is a gregarious extrovert who relishes unplanned encounters with familiar faces when he's in the city. He works in Business Intelligence in the Screening industry, but since he is home based he'll generally walk or bicycle downtown or to the village to work virtually from a coffee shop, park, or square.

Nathan is originally from Stone Mountain, GA, just outside of Atlanta, but since 2012 he has called Greenville, SC home. He lives in the Village of West Greenville, about 1 mile from downtown. He loves welcoming people into his home. In a typical week there will generally be 2-3 nights when he's hosting a themed movie and dinner party, a Bible study, a blues dance, couchsurfers, a bonfire and beer tasting, or a board game and chili night on the front porch.

In his downtime Nathan likes to read epic fantasy, sci-fi, & social science; collect art; listen to podcasts; watch well-written serialized television; and automate his home to the furthest extent that his hobby budget will allow.
