Nqobile Majozi

Student, tutor, and netball player in Johannesburg

I am Nqobile Majozi, a third-year Bachelor of Education student at the University of Johannesburg. My studies have taught me that education is more than content it’s about nurturing curiosity, confidence, and critical thinking in every learner. I am committed to becoming a teacher who creates spaces where students feel supported to grow.

Currently, I tutor Grade 11 History students at Die Fakkel Hoërskool. I enjoy helping learners connect the past to the present and see why history matters in their lives today. My goal is to make lessons engaging and clear, while helping students build their skills to analyze, discuss, and express their own ideas.

Outside of academics, I value balance and growth. I play netball regularly, which keeps me active and teaches me teamwork and discipline. I am also a reader I find great joy in books and novels because they expand my thinking and keeps me learning. I believe that as an educator, the more I grow, the better I can serve my students.
