Nicholas Anderson

I'm currently a junior at Appalachian State University in Boone, NC. I'm earning my undergraduate in Computer Information Systems (BSBA) with a minor in Graphic Arts and Imaging Technology. My goal is to graduate in May of 2020. After college, I hope to work in the web development industry.

I'm very active in the Boy Scouts of America and spend much of my time working with their National Honor Society called the Order of the Arrow. I earned my Eagle Scout Rank in June of 2013. I've served in a number of positions in both the Boy Scouts and their honor society. Most notable would be the Secretary of the Southern Region Section 7B which serves the entire state of North Carolina. I also served two years as the National Videography Lead of the Order of the Arrow and currently serve as the National Visual Media Lead of the Order of the Arrow.

Over the summer of my freshman year, I worked for WRAL Digitial Solutions in Raleigh, NC as a web designer and developer. During the summer of my sophomore year, I interned for the Defense Intelligence Agency as part of the IT Business Policy and Process Management Team. I currently work at the Holmes Convocation Center which is operated by the University and am employed by the Production Team.
