My name is Niamh (Neeve). I take a continuously learning attitude to my work in user research, experience design and product/service strategy. Previously, I developed the curriculum for and taught the first UX Strategy course at UBC, and I have experience with design thinking, product/ UX design, service design, creative direction, multimedia development, and marketing communications projects. I value integrity, creativity, and solving interesting problems.

WHAT I DO:

My job is to be curious, ask questions, listen, test assumptions, advocate for the user, work with UX, product and other teams, and provide insights and direction that help inform product strategy and design. Designing the right products and services requires an in-depth understanding of end-user needs, client's business requirements, the business/ revenue model, brand and messaging, the technical ecosystem and product roadmap.
