NRV Lost Boys

Public Speaker in Blacksburg, VA

The Lost Boys is a men’s group designed to address the pervasive loneliness that many men experience and to cultivate meaningful, authentic connections. In a culture that often encourages men to “stay strong” and suppress vulnerability, this group provides a safe and supportive environment where participants can speak openly, listen without judgment, and explore the full range of their emotions.

Through structured mindfulness practices, guided reflection, and honest dialogue, members are encouraged to reconnect with their inner selves and with one another. The group emphasizes the power of shared experience—learning from each other’s stories, challenges, and successes—to foster resilience, empathy, and self-awareness. Participants explore what it means to live intentionally, authentically, and in alignment with their values, while also navigating the complexities of modern life, relationships, and personal growth.

The Lost Boys creates a space where men can move from isolation to connection, from silence to authentic expression, and from disconnection to brotherhood. Together, we remind each other that vulnerability is not weakness, and that none of us are truly lost when we journey with others who walk beside us.
