During the second year of university, I attended my first marketing exam and I immediately understood what I wanted to do in my life: marketeer. After my graduation, I wanted to be sure that it was the right choice for me.

“One thing is studying a subject, a different one is doing it for the rest of your life…”, I thought. I wanted to see if it was true love or just a brief flirt.

To do so I started working in a Marketing Consultancy agency based in Milan, it was the perfect opportunity to get see what it is really like to work in the sector and was the perfect opportunity to do it in an international setting: back then the majority of our clients were based abroad (mostly in Mainland China).

I was impressed by what I was doing since the first week, thanks also to the amazing supervisor that I had by that time. After working for more than one year and not losing any kind of interest in what I was doing daily, I was happy to say that marketing was the right sector for me to work in.

I then went back to university to attend a master’s degree in International Marketing Management, eagerly looking for knowledge and ways to improve. During my master’s I met professionals and student from all over the globe with one passion in common: marketing. I also had the opportunity to put in practice, via projects organized in collaboration with different companies’, disciplines like business strategy, marketing planning, brand management and product marketing.

Before graduating, I decided that I wanted to start my career in one of the most international cities in the world: London. And here I am… looking for the next big step in my professional career.
