Nsovo Mahlale
Student and Volunteer in 33 Sonneblom st, Jan hofmeyer
My name is Nsovo Betty Mahlale, and I am a 21 year old student teacher at the University of Johannesburg. I was born and raised in Homu 14A, a township in Giyani. I come from a well disciplined family with strict but supportive parents who have instilled in me the values of responsibility, respect and hard work. I am a Christian and my faith in God plays an important role in guiding my life.
I began my educational journey in 2007 at Madzivi Primary School, where I successfully completed Grade 7. I then continued my secondary education at Mafumani Secondary School, also located in my community, where I completed my high school studies.
In my free time, I enjoy reading stories, listening to music, and watching YouTube videos. Although I consider myself an introverted person, I hope that this module will help me develop the confidence and interpersonal skills needed to socialise more effectively, build meaningful relationships, and establish valuable connections with others.
My greatest aspiration is to complete my Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree within the expected time and continue my academic journey by pursuing Honours, Master's, and ultimately a PhD in Science Education, which is both my area of specialisation and my passion.
