I bring more than 25 years of management in the non-profit sector of behavioral health, education, and the entrepreneurial enterprise. I instructed domestically and internationally in the areas of management, leadership, diversity and marketing, to name a few. I hold Bachelors and Masters Degree in Human Resources Management and a Doctorate in Administration and Management focusing in Organizational Development. I have a combination of 8 years in the positions of Charter Schools development and management. I have worked in behavioral health in ownership and direct service. I possess 20+ years experience as a business consultant in minority small business development to include but not limited to corporation development, policies and procedure development and employee handbook/manuals development, as well not for profit board members training and development.
