Nicolas Tempestini

Nicolas is a Managing Director within the Accenture Digital practice. Having graduated out of the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, he started in 1997 with Andersen Consulting (now known as Accenture).
Within the Digital practice, Nicolas leads the Global Sales Enablement team for Mobile Applications. He has had experience in all industry segments, with primary exposure in Government as well as Communications and High Tech (CHT) operating groups. While at Accenture, he has had multiple Point of Views in Mobility published and externally available.
Outside of Accenture, since 2000, he has been helping a wide range of audiences, from high school students to mid- and upper-level executives develop their potential in leadership and professional capabilities to enable them to get to the next level.
Nicolas had the opportunity to work on international projects in SE Asia, Central America, and Europe giving him the opportunity to work with people of various cultural and professional backgrounds.
Additionally, Nicolas is a certified Myers Briggs Type Indicator practioner. He is a passionate coach and counselor, with particular interests in the advancement of Hispanic minorities in the workplace. He is an experience speaker in topics related to professional and leadership development like Executive Presence, Leadership, Social Styles, Networking, Communications and Strategic Relationships.
He is an avid participant of sports like soccer, kitesurfing, skydiving, snowboarding to name a few.
