Obtained Masters degree in Medicine from Academic Medical Center, University of Amsterdam, studied Medical Entrepreneurship at University of Utrecht. Her scientific research article on mental, physical health of Surinamese in the Netherlands is published in Journal of Hypertension, official journal International Society of Hypertension. Former Vice President, Secretary, International Federation of Medical Students' Associations (IFMSA-UvA).
